Mohammad Irfan Khan Niazi, born on December 28, 2002, in Mianwali, Punjab, Pakistan, is a distinguished Pakistani cricketer renowned for his right-handed batting and right-arm medium-fast bowling. He embarked on his cricketing journey by transitioning from tape-ball to hard-ball cricket in 2015, joining the Ikram Shaheed Cricket Club in Mianwali. His exceptional performances at the district and regional levels led to his selection for Pakistan’s squad in the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In September 2019, he was named to the newly formed Central Punjab team for the 2019–20 domestic season and retained for the 2020–21 season. He made his international T20I debut in the first match, although he did not bat due to the match being abandoned because of rain. Subsequently, he was included in Pakistan’s ODI squad for the three-match series against Australia, making his ODI debut in the first match and scoring 22 runs.
